Please respect these rights and DO NOT copy, reproduce, display, print, modify, sample, or use any of this artwork in any way, shape, or form without my express, written permission. I have given consent for the pictures in the wallpaper downloads section ONLY to be used for wallpaper on computer desktops, but all other uses of this or ANY of my artwork is forbidden and illegal. BASICS OF COPYRIGHT LAW:

It is a violation of copyright law to copy, reproduce, display, print or use any artwork without the express written permission of the artist. Copyright is an automatic process. An artist, or writer, or any other creative person, holds the copyright to their work without any other effort, just by creating the original. However, an artist may apply and pay for a registered copyright via the US government copyright office and thereby secure easier access to the courts and legal regress for copyright infringement. Whether or not an artist applies for a registered copyright does not invalidate the automatic copyright of creating the artwork.

Copyright law also protects the artist's right to any derivative works created from the original. Therefore, the original artwork may not be changed by adding or removing elements, digitally sampling a part of the artwork, or copying it in another media. There is no legal right to modify any artwork by "x" percentage and make it a new creation - this is an urban legend. If anyone other than the original artist creates any work derived from the original artwork, it is a violation of the artist's copyright.

Please respect the rights of all artists and do not copy their work. Please do not ask an artist's permission after you have already used their work. You must secure that permission before the artwork is used for any reason, and that includes saving a file on your computer.
